Vendor Pass: 2024 Christmas Craft Show

Event Dates: November 8-10th

Vendor Setup Times: You will receive an email 3 weeks prior to the event regarding all set up times and info.

Event Hours: Fri 12pm-7pm | Sat 10am-6pm | Sun 10am-4pm

Booth Assignment: You will be assigned the type of booth you requested however booth number selections cannot be guaranteed. You will receive your booth number in the days prior to the show when you pick up your Vendor package.

Double Booths: To those who requested double booths, please make sure to select a quantity of 2 to your checkout or your double booth will not be approved.

Table & Chair Rentals: At the time of picking up your Vendor Package, we will confirm any requirements for equipment rentals.

Finalize payment by August 30, 2024 to secure your booth.   NBEX Christmas Craft Market: Rules And Regulations.   1. All items offered for sale should be handmade by the vendor. 2. Vendors offering food products for sales need to be registered with the NB Department of Health and a copy of the certificate must be on site along with a list of ingredients. 3. Vendors are not permitted to have children in their booths. 4. The Fredericton Craft Show will assign each vendor their booth location(s). We will do our best to 5. Vendors are not allowed to sub-let their booths. 6. Draws, raffles or ticket sale of any kind are not permitted at our event. 7. We ask that Vendors leave their space as they found it. No permanent marks on walls, floors, or draping. 8. Vendors must be finished their booth set up prior to show opening. Vendors will have 1 hour prior to opening each day to arrive and prepare for the day. 9. Respect your fellow Vendors. Booth boundaries must be strictly adhered to. 10. All exhibits must be neat and attractive. All tables must be dressed. This can be skirting or tablecloths that reach almost to the floor. All boxes, tubs and cases must be stored out of sight. 11. Vendors will remove all garbage from their booth and dispose of it in the appropriate receptacles. 12. The Fredericton Craft Show/ Fredericton Exhibition Limited is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person, exhibit, product, or property. 13. Vendors are only permitted to sell the items they have listed in this application and been approved to sell.
