Member Code of Conduct

We, the Members of Fredericton Exhibition Ltd. our individual and collective duty to participate unselfishly. We commit to:

1. Serve the  Agricultural  Society  #34  by  making  decisions  that  best  suit  the  interests  of  the Agricultural Society and the community it serves.

2. Prepare and participate in order to add value to the organization at all general meetings and functions.

3. Honour each other during and outside of meetings, appreciating the value and diversity that each other’s experience and perspective bring to our organization.

4. Speak positively of the Agricultural Society so that our Board, staff, and the public receive a  clear, consistent, honest message that honours our organization. 

5. Respect of any information learned during our participation as members. 

6. Uphold commitments by understanding the Agricultural Societies by-laws, being informed and supporting the plans set by the Board, ensuring the objectives of the Agricultural Society are being accomplished.

7. Acknowledge my membership can be revoked for violating any provision of the letters patent, by-laws or written policies of the Fredericton Exhibition Ltd.
